Better flavor and skin texture of the soup dumplings (xiaolongbao) you can get at Ding Tai Fung. 四川辣椒雞丁awesome, they fried with a lot of peppers dry as displayed in the attached picture. 😆
Tried the promotion glutinous ricedumpling with soya sauce chicken, Japanese Mushroom, dried scallop, dried shrimp, salted egg yolk etc..Serving is big but it's too dry. Not much taste in the rice..
Will not be back here again, quality of food hygiene is not there - human hair on my pork ribs and to make it worst, they offered complimentarydessert which contained some part of a chicken wing!
Too crowded in the peak period. And is very noisy, other than from customer, U will hear "cling Kong" from the background. And the plate sound from waiters. Quite annoying. Food average.
