Grab yourself a gozleme (goz-leh-may) to kick off your trip to Turkey on the right foot. Spinach and onion was a good vegetarian option. Pricey - like all airport food - but tasty.
Airport food is overpriced but the beefgozleme was quite good. Not overly spiced, should be accessible to anyone who likes ground beef. Put some hot sauce on it for good measure
One of the best fast-food options in Terminal 1 offering primarily Turkish food. Try the Borek with spinach feta or potato, Baklava and Turkish Coffee.
This is probably the worst rip off I've experienced at airport concessions. $11 for a skinny baguette w/a tiny sliver of mozz and low quality, flavorless prosciutto. Terminal 1 is a foodie nightmare.
