Find the elusive lady slipper, which makes its yearly appearance around Father's day. Free admission, although they make up for it with paid parking. The ghost of Eloise haunts the lower pathway.

This place is absolutely beautiful! It's a huge park with a beach near by and a stunning nature sanctuary. One of my favorite parks in the Minneapolis area.

They have some great educational tour for bird watching, plants, and more. Check the website or go to visitors building for daily schedule.

This is the oldest public wildflower garden in the US. In 1907 Eloise Butler & 3 botany teachers successfully petitioned the Park Board to create a natural botanic garden to preserve native flora.

This is a beautiful garden. Wander to the farther back areas to escape the crowd.
