A lot of people. May need to wait for a table but the service is good. Attend to you immediately. Food wise, their stir fried kai lan is nice! Ordered gong bao and their frog leg is still as good!
We thought the special homemadechill sauce would be spicy and savoury but in hindsight should have settled for the spring onion instead. Frogs were plump and juicy, loved the smooth porridge!
Order like a local. Decide how many frogs (rule of thumb: 2 per adult) & how u want it cooked (ask staff for options). Indicate porridge serving size (by no. of people). Order other sizes (like vege)
Preferred frog cooked in pepper & garlic, over the common Kung Pao (cooked in dried chilli). Still packing heat, the taste was more complex & longer-lasting. There are 5 other serving styles
Frogs were tender, KungPao sauce went well with the porridge. Service needs to improve as staff was impatient during ordering and rushed us to make payment while we were still having our meals.
7 ways of cooking Frog, try the herbal soup, best with essense of chicken ...or try the chilligravy that feast like chilli crabgravy. for this, go with rice better ...
Frog legs were very fresh! The gravy was a tad disappointing though, wasn't as savoury as the one I had at lor 9. Porridge was bland. 3 for the price of 2. Overall, a decent meal.
Can’t say - didn’t have a chance to try food since waiters were running around like headless chicken and forgot our food. Left after waiting for 35 min (didnt even get a drink).
