We stayed here as Airbnb... could definitely tell it's a super old building that's been renovated with modern amenities and features - but it's overall visibly worn!! Convenient to collegetown tho

Mail gets lost quite often. Make sure to frequently check the top of the mailbox for personal packages, for people think it's okay to take packages that are not their own.
