    If you have a SmarTrip card, you can transfer for free to the Red Line at Farragut North. Use the exit at the Front EB and Rear WB to save even more time. Doors open on the right.

    Most DC metro stations have Metro maps and station information on pylons, but Farragut West was the first station in the system without pylons. The information is found on plaques on the walls.

    Use the 17th Street exit for quickest access to the "virtual" tunnel to Farragut North. It's closed on weekends tho.

    If you have an iPhone, try the MetroDC app. In android, DC Metro app. Both are good keep track and plan your travel and prediction.

    The next train signs seem to always ber wrong lately. If it says orange line 6 car train in 2 minutes, expect a blue line train in 4
