Jennifer Meadows, the adorable chef-owner here, is so friendly with the fishermen that she radios them when they’re at sea to check out what they’ve caught.
Pros: great view, friendly staff. Cons: high prices for a just good fresh seafood (which is hard not to have, being right on the fishing pier). Chunks of actual ice in ice cream.
Hostess said they don't do the "stick-a-candle-on-a-dessert-to-have-a-mini-surprise-for-the-boyfriend" or birthdays in general for that matter Totally bummed me out.
I agree, food was just ok! By the price should of been great! $25 for 3 fish tacos?? Crazy! It had maybe 5 oz of cod, lettuce, tomato, jicama & 3 flour tortillas.
You might get seated 35 minutes after your reservation. Then they'll have to catch your dinner which will probably take another 40 minutes. Bottom line, don't show up hungry. You'll be disappointed.
