Zumba class on Sunday afternoon is the bed. Make sure to go to Vehn's class and come early to have a good place. Happy Sunday!

If you want a good Personal Trainer, ask for Andy Lim. He is one of the most hardworking trainer in FF Cathay!

Zumba with Julian at 11am Sat or 6.40pm Thurs is fun too. Not over crowded as other classes.

Small but never felt over-crowded here. GX room a bit oddly shaped with pillar in the middle.
