Staff is rude. They act like you're inconveniencing them if you have questions and they flat out ignore you otherwise. I used to work retail and this kind of behavior was considered unacceptable.

The only way to make a return is to get in store credit. Even with a receipt. And the item was not a clearance item. And the staff was rude. Will not be shopping here again.
