The BEST late night eateries in town. So authentically Chinese, but also SO London. Order off the 'special' menu with Chinese writing on the back. Amazing Hot Pots.

They are open till 4am and are consistently good all day and all night! Go for the classic Duck on Rice or something off their Special HK Menu.

Noodle soup and rice dishes in Chinese only menu. The stuff in English are main courses, suitable for family style dinners. Order the noodle soup or rice dish you want (wonton noodle) and it'll be ok.

Best value set menus in the area - great pre-theatre. Expect brusque service and hard wooden seats; this is about eating well and quickly, not lingering!

Bubble tea is nice, as are desserts. I was pleased to discover less sugar used than usual. They failed to mention beforehand that it's cash only under £10, forcing us to go withdraw round the corner.

Always order from the 'locals' menu located on each table, one side is written in Chinese with the English translation on the reverse. It features some excellent authentic dishes! ❤

This is our late night diner after a couple (too many) drinks in nearby Soho. Recommend: Fish tofu vegetable rice and Won ton noodle soup. Food (7/10), Service (8/10), Value (9/10) Read more

Try the Beef and Vegetable with Crispy Noodle and the Jellyfish with Cucumber. Tried a lot of restos in Chinatown & I think they've got the best food.

The Swee and Sour Crispy Fish is on the more authentic HK menu, and also a staff favourite. The soft shell crab starter is my favourite by far!

Great authentic Chinese food, though portions could be bigger. Not the best ambience or friendliest service, but would definitely go back for the food.

Cheap and cheerful traditional chinese food. Duck ho fun is my fave and is always very good. Be prepared to eat and go! Not a place for dwelling.

Tried to lunch here for CNY and waited over 30min for our food. The service here is very slow! I'd love to review the food but we cancelled our order and paid £8.50 for 2 small bowls of corn soup.

Don't order the west lake beef soup... with that amount of black pepper they're probably trying to mask a dodgy flavour.

Overpriced Chinese fast food. To get the best value from this place, order a fried rice or fried noodles dish.

The food is the same as in the other Chinatown restaurants, prices are 30% higher. Avoid. If you do go, the "marvellous" salt and pepper squid is actually deep fried...

Atrocious service. Got a lashing by manager cos I criticised the food - I was raised in HK and a food/travel journo. No longer welcome there I was told. Food, aforementioned, was bad.
