    Not sure about these customer sercive complaints. I stay here every few months because they are so friendly and helpful. I love this location.

    The bar staff was really nice and the Thai chili wings were better than most restaurants and only .30 on Wednesday.

    Spend $1000.00 for a ball room and they still wouldnt let you work out in their gym....

    Been here 5+ times
    Their restaurant is tucked into the back of the hotel -- the current "cold breakfast buffet" is a great value @ $5.95 including: coffee, juice, bagels, muffins, etc.

    3 times I've had to go to front desk because my door key didn't work.....i have now set a personal record. toilet paper sucks too
