    Really nice small restaurant. Slow cooked pork belly is flawless. Dad really enjoyed the fish head.

    pre-order the smoked yellow croaker and duck soup. smoked frog's legs also good, fish balls are interesting too. v good hangzhou food.

    2014年度一つ星、ミシュランガイド5年連続掲載杭州料理店。食材はシェフ直々買付。人気NO1は東坡肉（トンポウロウ：2時間煮込んだ豚肉蒸しぱんサンド）100HKD。2014/11/16CBC「旅ずきんちゃん」香港ミシュラン店巡り・どっち飯、安西ひろこ・大久保佳代子・鳥居みゆき・ロッチ訪問。富貴鷄（フウキドリ：玉葱・椎茸・搾菜入りの鶏を蓮の葉で巻き、泥を被せて6時間オーブン）を選び不正解。
