今日のlunch は、牛フィレのロースト、スウェーデンミートボール、オーガニックマッシュルームパンケーキ、サラダ、シナモンロール、オレンジジュースです。750Kcal 。クリスマスツリー、アドベントリース用の紫色キャンドルを買いにIKEA 船橋へ。もみの木のツリーに特典あり。

1階のカフェはセルフオーダーで、オーダー機の台数も多く休日でもそこそこの回転数でさくっとお手軽なホットドッグが食べられる！ホットドッグのセットの影で売ってる単品のフィッシュドッグもなかなか美味しいのでオススメ😋
