Small and disappointing duty free. Don't leave your souvenir shopping to this place, and dont forget to exchange your remaining Iranian money before entering the security area.
The airport connect to Tehran city by a metro line but not recommended ,for technical reasons is very slow and only just 8 train from morning until midnight
Minimize your time as much as possible at this airport. Food options are few and far in between, service is brusque at best, and it's generally drab inside.
I was flying late at night and the airport was very quiet. I barely had to wait in any lines. This was the first time I had ever encountered such a quietairport.
There's wifi. But by the time you finish setting it up, you've missed your flight. Drab place. Crappy food and shops. Inefficient planning and traveler management. Kinda clean though.
Free wifi but is is very slow like the rest of wifi in Iran. You have to send an SMS to a local number to receive the access code. Checkin process is primitive and slow.
Can't believe how unprofessional the staff is. Really rude and angey staff. How on earth do they think they can reach to Dubai's airport quality I'll never know. Ruined my great experience in Tehran
