Great coffees and savories! I love to order an iced or hot Americano here, while I am not even imagining drinks without sweet flavors at Starbucks. Capp and latte are so flavorful too!
Brand new in May 2016 - a great, airy space with all of the friendly energy, awesome food, and, of course, amazing coffee that one expects from Irving Farm.
Solid coffee but what is up with the prices of baked goods in this place? Obscene. $4.75 for a donut? One coconut macaroon for $3.25? I understand it's a business but at some point it becomes a joke.
Cozy, spacious, hip-and-trendy vibes. The baristas are inviting and helpful. The iced pour over is subtly strong, but good. Iced chai was a bust; too much milk, not enough seasonal spice.
Insanely overpriced - 4.50 for a croissant? Do yourself a favor and go to the grocery store and make you're own. They don't even warm them. Tip: two little red hens brews it and sells for much cheaper
Really dirty place. I used to come here regularly last year, now came back after a while wow plates/cups piled up on tables and huge amount of trash all over the floor and no one to clean up.
