Everything is fabulous at this new hot spot by Chef Anselmo Ramirez. Mole lovers must try the Pollo en Mole Negro. The housemade mole takes 20 hours to prepare. The camarones are equally wonderful.

Reservations never hurt! Don’t be afraid to specify your spice needs — the chef cooks to order.

The best mole I've had outside of my gramma's kitchen.

The Vegetarian Enchiladas were basically just mushrooms - not sautéed vegetables as listed on the menu.
