Yes, pan-fried pork belly is pretty much pan-fried fat. Seared with a crispy exterior and layer it between soft croissant. Add a fried egg and you've got a taste bud explosion.

The Grilled Mortadella & the Porchetta sandwiches are freaking amazing. Some of the best french fries I have ever eaten!
