    Teluk Intan Chee Cheong Fun is a must try but it's mainly available during the night only. Try Liew Kee, located at corner of Jln Pasar.

    Axian: 这家燎记猪肠粉创办至今已经有整百年的历史，传承了4代人，不过创办人苏燎一开始其实并不是制作猪肠粉的。早年确实有不少河粉製作商，后来也兼做猪肠粉。 其实猪肠粉，是迟至1920年代初才出现在中国广州街头， 传统做法就是用米磨成米浆，然后隔着布蒸熟。燎记卖的也是传统版本的猪肠粉，直到第三代夫妇接手后，才突发奇想，让猪肠粉变化出不一样的面貌。

    正因为纯粹想添加多一些内馅，让猪肠粉吃起来更有滋有味，燎记无意中创制出了猪肠粉的另类品种，而这也是中国原乡食物传到南洋之后的一种在地性变化。如今这种加入了沙葛、虾米和葱头，只需配上切片辣椒而无需酱汁调味的猪肠粉版本，早已经如同安顺斜塔一样，与安顺画上了等号，成为了猪肠粉世界中独树一格的品种。
