Well used by me, reliable, busy, good service, middling price, great ambience, helpful, never rude, always understanding, never patronising. I'll always go back for small and large repairs or bits.

Quick, reasonably priced bike repairs from knowledgable engaging staff. Sit in the window and drink a good coffee while u wait.

Awful! Truly horrible customer service. Staff are rude and totally blasé - not a one off thing. Every time I've been there.
