Very old school yumcha restaurant in town. They have trollies to wheel the dim sums around. Very rare to see that in HK nowadays. Their dim sums are freshly made and good value for money.

You can find many traditional Cantonese dim sum which you can't find in many Chinese restaurants nowadays. Shrimp dumpling is excellent but expensive.

Nice atmosphere during dim sum on weekends. Wide variety of dim sum choices but isn't the cheapest place you can find. Wifi password is 28651988 (their phone number)

Food is OK - it's not refined Dim Sum - but generally easy to get a table and they have a LOT of choice. Also one of few remaining restaurants with push cart Dim Sum trolleys.

Quality of dim sum is so-so only. But this place one of few that serves dim sum brunch on weekdays so worth a trip if desperate.

Delicious dim sums, Peking duck etc. A bottle of Maotai surprised us with its price - 4000 HKD is well over the top!

Dimsum! Better than Maxims because it is smaller and accepts reservations. Carts of dimsum go around. Get vegetables from the counter.

Wide variety of dinsums. Gets packed during lunch time. They also sell take away roasted meat at a reasonable price!

香港島 MTR Admiralty駅に近いUnited Centreにある飲茶レストラン。レストラン中央にセンターキッチンがあって、そこから料理を配膳しています。飲茶と言えば海老シュウマイ！本当に最高に美味しいですね！フカヒレシュウマイや焼き豚もとっても美味しかったです。〆に頂いた五目麺の麺はフォーのような食感でした。お勧めですよ。
