The museum holds a lovely collection of photographs, paintings, drawings and sculptures by/of Picasso/other modern artists, Don't forget to walk outside for some more sculptures and a lovely sea view!
One of the smaller Picasso museums but nevertheless very special because he used to live in Antibes. He had his atelier in the castle, now museum. A.o. unique drawings and a series of photographs.
A great terrace view of the sea along with sculptures from artists like Miró. The work shown here is more obscure so if you're not as familiar with Picasso's oeuvre you might not enjoy it as much.
Very relaxing to look at the various masterpieces. A variety of paintings and sculptures to admire. And a nice view of the seafront from the windows within.
Adding to my previous tip: the biggest downside for me was the restrictive time since they close in the afternoon so my morning visit felt cut short. there's a line waiting too so plan accordingly.
Built on a terrace overlooking the sea, this château in Antibes features an impressive collection of Picasso's work. It is closed on Mondays so plan accordingly.
Must visit!
