2 weeks after an in-store purchase, I learned that I'd been charged for an item, never received. Byron was very polite and refunded my $, no questions asked. Service = EXCELLENT!

Lacks customer service! Supervisor could have honored a 10 day expired coupon but chose not to unless I bought paper too along with my ink.
