Love Panera Bread! I go at least once a week. I enjoy their Spinach/Artichoke EggSoufflé, as well as their French baguette and Italian sandwich on chibatta bread.
Black bean soup in a bread bowl is vegan, as well as the mediterranean vegsandwich as long as you get it on rye/sans feta. Greek salad also good, minus the cheese. They do offer soy milk, just ask!
