I had the view of a lifetime until I kept waking up with hives, or so I thought. When I first found the BEDBUGS I was embarrassed to tell anyone. When I did tell neighbors It was clear its INFESTED.

Email Mgmt about the abandoned cars in spots 32, 65, 84, and 92. It's not fair to residents who maintain their cars (a part of your lease!) and can never find parking!Upvote1Downvote

Verrrrry expensive, overall not worth the price. If you want parking it's an additional $180 a month per car for the garage. Don't do permit parking, you'll never find a spot past 5. Moving out in augUpvote1Downvote
Be sure when you come to check the place out to rent they don't try and rent you an apartment covered in mold and mildew. I couldn't believe when they showed me that!!!Upvote1Downvote
