They're really nice, their technician really knows his stuff and since I always get extended apple care (you should too!) I've never had to pay them for any repairs. Highly recommended!

Haven't talked to anyone here since my first contact, then I called to ask if they have the 4s. The guy said; "Sorry we don't sell iPhones," then hung up on me. WTH?! How do they stay in business?

I don't know why this place only has bad reviews. I've gotten multiple MacBook pros fixed here multiple times and they ALWAYS come back good as new.

Owner of the sfore (I assume) or management staff I talked to was fairly rude and unhelpful. Customer service overall was very poor. I will not return and wouldn't recommend this store.

Horrible place. I've been waiting for an iPod, that has already been paid for, an it isn't in yet. It's been almost a month. They also won't give me a refund as my credit card was stolen.
