The cardio energy classes are very good for someone who wants to sweat and burn the calories!

Nice new gym with "spa" (calling it spa a bit of a stretch, but steam sauna after workout is nice). On negative side been way too full lately.

Worst Gym ever... they have a class in the middle of the general room so *it is hard to concentrate and do stuff.
