This place is so beautiful! The waterfalls are breathtaking. We come here almost every year for my mother's birthday. After we hike and visit the waterfalls we stop by the lodge for hot chocolate! :)
Hiking? Get there early on the weekends to experience the trails without loads of other people. I went at 8am on a Sunday in August and had the trails to myself.
This place was absolutely beautiful! My boyfriend and I went here for our 8 months. It's defiantly more of like, a hike kind of thing rather than a casual stroll. Busy still worth it.
Hiking is great! You can have a pretty decent hike, bring your bottle of water and if you like taking pictures a decent camera, this place has some amazing views (No bathrooms when hiking)
Best to go here in wetter seasons. We were here in mid summer and one of the water falls (Winter Falls) was dried up. Still 9 other falls and the 8.7 mi "Trail of Ten Falls" is a great hike.
Multiple waterfalls to enjoy on your hike. If you start on the south side, the 1st loop is the easiest. The 2nd waterfall isn't far but you do need to go down a steep staircase.
If you want to do all 10 waterfalls in a day, make sure you get your $5/vehicle's worth by packing water shoes, fast drying clothes, and enough snacks/water.
