Amazing soba noodles flown from Canada and the sushi/sashimi is always fresh!! Must have the soba noodles. Beef soba noodles are amazing there, and try out the mozzarella agedashi tofu!!

Grow their own buckwheat. Have 2 locations on 52nd street so some confusion with the reservations but top traditional soba restaurant. Check out lunch specials for a fair deal.

Soba nippon grows their own buckwheat on a farm in Canada. They're springy and full of buckwheat flavor.

Soba salads are the bomb here. Also, Saturday lunch buffet features all you can eat soba. UPDATE: Saturday lunch buffet is no more. Early bird lunch special on weekdays is nice, though.

It is a bit overpriced but you will be full with any lunch set. I like their soba. Soba-salad is quite popular with all ladies.

Seriously, soba salad. They don't do large takeout salads so if you're really hungry pull up a chair and enjoy.
