Great Vitamins and Supplements section. It's not Whole Foods but you'll save some serious $$ and still get better quality than big name grocery stores in area.

I don't know why it took me so long to check this place out. Produce is fresher and cheaper than at most grocery stores and I save quite a bit vs Whole Foods.

Always check in the meat cooler by the ground beef and check out the fish manager's special.

Usually produce and fruit is similar price or cheaper than wal-Mart. It's also much better looking meaning fresher.
