The Starbucks© in Target© is owned by Starbucks© and is leased out by Target Corporation. It is Starbucks© regulated so the drinks, ingrediants, and manuals are exactly the same as a stand alone shop.Upvote1Downvote- There are three different starbcuks in the same parking lot.
