のうや くんNovember 13, 2015噴水周りが再整備された時に出来た。噴水挟んで向かいにもカフェ。おしゃれっぽい雰囲気醸してるので若者が多い、が、年配の方も沢山利用していて他のスタバとは若干雰囲気が異なる
