This is the first weekend I think the north leg if the trail has been open since the September floods. Worth checking out!

Running on the trail this brisk fall morning I came around a corner on the trail to find leaves golden in the fall sunshine! It was like the yellow brick road!

Beautiful no matter what time of year! Sometimes the best time to hike/run is in the winter because the temperatures are so nice!

From Arapahoe going North take the first left and walk through the grass. Its a little escape into nature - the path less taken!
