New Risotto w/ Shrimp Skillet. Very high calorie, taste average, half the rice stuck on skillet from excessive use of cheese and oil :(

If a customer asks you for a list of dressings, do NOT rudely retort with "Well, we have a lot, and if I go through the whole list and you don't pick one, I'm going to very upset." WTF? Disgusted.
