Yes it's a chain but a good one. Very friendly staff, cosy but large rooms, good quality breakfast and a generous loyalty membership scheme when you sign up to bonuses.

A lovely central hotel. The lobby area is impressive and smells lovely. The smell comes up from the fab spa downstairs. Go over the street to the Brewdog bar for a really great craft beer.Upvote9Downvote
