Legendary service. There is a staff assisting me via email and answering promptly all my questions. She also is willing to escort me to where I want to visit to make sure that I dont get lost.

Team at the Ritz is short of amazing, our experience has been just marvellous and wouldn’t ask for more. While the hotel is a bit old, quality of service and food really make up for it a few times.

The very luxurious 5 star diamonds Hotel, very cozy and good for business meeting... but they guarding it like in Guantanamo! (Sometime it very annoying)

Rooms are huge but smelled of humidity. Cars are checked, and guests have to go through metal detectors (probably standard practice for similar hotels in Jakarta)

They accept my late check out without charge, clean up out of my suitcase. To use wifi in my room is no charge. They serve anything I need!!I feel comfortable to stay here very very much!!!
