Integrated with the underground walkways in the neighbourhood, the station feels less like an Eastern European train station and more like a metro station.
There are a few machines at the station, through which u can easily buy books before travelling. It is especially convenient since the search for decent bookstores may not be as effective.
There are some electrical plugs in the waiting lounge in the first floor (entrance from the main hall). Some of them do not work. There is a free wifi hotspot too, but depresivelly slow though.
BE CAREFUL WITH THE FAKE TAXIS OUTSIDE! They will charge you 100 for start and 60 per km. They stand outside offering taxi, ignore them. Only take official taxi (with the taxi sign on top) or Uber.
Look out for cab drivers waiting outside who act as private cars and dont put on the meter. Ask the driver if he will charge a fixed rate or if he will use the meter.
There are no ticket machines for the train to the airport. You can buy the ticket from the conductor of the train. Ask him or her before boarding, to prevent having to pay a penalty.
Remember you have to accept terms and conditions every time you reconnect to their wi-fi even if your mobile automatically recognizes it and says you are connected.
