    For a complete body workout add calisthenic type activities at the top and/or bottom of each set of steps. Pushups, Sit-ups, and Dips can all be done without bringing any additional equipment.

    A basic and effective cross training workout for runners is to walk the steps two at a time balancing on the support leg only and pressing through the heel with a straight back. Strength & stability.

    Been here 25+ times
    20 sets of steps here is equivalent to 10 sets of the Santa Monica stairs. Both will take you about 30-40 minutes to complete.
