Get in shape with our Thai Boxing program. It combines plyometrics and cardio drills with Western Boxing’s punches, and Muay Thai’s kicks, knees, and elbow strikes. But it doesn’t stop there. Being able to defend and counter these types of attacks is even more important whether in the ring or in a self-defense or street defense situation. Our comprehensive Striking program covers it all!

We don’t dance around with an instructor cheering for us here! That’s because our gym teaches proper boxing complete with gloves, punching bags, mitts & pads for our members. The atmosphere is competitive, with professional fighters training alongside everyday people looking for an awesome way to get in shape.

Our Childen’s Program develops three training domains; Values Training, Mental Training, and Physical Training. We utilize games and drills that are fun so that half the time the kids don’t even realize they are learning self-defense and discipline. We have grappling classes (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Submission Wrestling) , and takedown classes (Wrestling/Judo) , we also have a competition team class. Kids may participate in one, two, or all three.

CrossFit Kids enhances a child’s motor skills by teaching better movement and cognitive skills through engaging children to think about their movement, count their reps, remember the sequences, and work towards goals. CrossFit Kids augments a child or teen’s involvement in sports by incorporating strength training and conditioning to make our CrossFit athletes better athletes at any sport.
