"The King" is indeed heavenly, feel like eating banana cake with peanut butter jam but creamer :) Cuppacino is smooth and not that strong for me, nice cuppa nonetheless

Other than limited parking provided and cappuccino milk portion is a little too much, everything is good. Quiche tasted good. Comfortable environment. Quiet enough to enjoy the music. Good service. 😉

Coffee is amazing. I’ve tried the Turkish eggs and surf and turf, both were generous in their serves and so tasty. Try the French toast too!

Potato Waffle & VCR Brekkie was alright. The standard for poached eggs are there. Coffee wise, definitely slightly better than Feeka. Top 3 quality for coffee in KL. -Penang Kia Food Critique-

The in house salad is so good! 😋 the unagi croissant tastes unique and refreshing at the same time. Don't go for the iced choc, not as good as the hot ones.

The atmosphere at VCR and the staff very friendly the menu has variety of good stuff I have ordered surf N turf the scrambled eggs was amazing except the herps the raw salmon wasn't as expected

Like hanging out here at night. Avoid the crowd and have some good time. Their coffee is not strong. Recommend to those who like to have a cup of coffee but still wish to have good sleep at night

Really a good ambience to hang out with friends yet the coffee still need improvement. I tried the mocha thr and its too milky. Cappuccino would be better than mocha . Overall its still a good café

Coffee is strong, smooth and aroma. Environment is stylish and comfortable, feel classy. Peanut butter is fabulous, not too sweet and soft.

The upstairs floor is perfect for work or reading. Generous table space. Stay downstairs if you go to the loo a lot. Be mindful of how loud you gossip; sound travels easily in old buildings.

Renowned for their espresso based drinks but my cap failed to leave an impression. Nevertheless, still a wonderful spot to kick back during the weekends.

Not oats/muesli/nuts kind of person but granola here is good. Personally think that it'd have been better if more yoghurt had been poured in. All in all, it's def worth ordering & it's indeed filling!

The King is the bomb! Good cakes, light lattes and one of the best mochas. Perfect ambience to chill and chit chat. 👍

New coffee house. Opened since mid of Oct 2013. Friendly staff and polite! Only serving cake and coffee currently, planning to set up a kitchen soon! A nice place to chill out.

Love the VCR breakie however found the potato waffles not as good as rated, personally. Will come back again to try the king as it's highly recommended.

Extremely great gem in Kuala Lumpur. Great internet, awesome staff, not too cold and not too hot. Ambient atmosphere. Fast and reliable wifi. Coffee is great!

The coffee, potato waffle and avocado toast were great. The service and furnishings not so great - they were very busy so perhaps this explains.

Great ambience to hang out or work remotely during off peak hours and have good coffee right next to your laptop. Food is good, softshell crab burger is a fave!

Menu at the cashier is way too small didn't really allow you time to choose due to the long queue. Crowded on public holidays. Food was so-so. Only highlight are they have cats at their porch

Great coffee place to meetup ppl if downtown. Can get super busy though on weekends, best to go during the weekdays. The wait staff is also excellent.

Cozy place. Rmb to bring jacket or wear long sleeves if u wan to chill at here as the air cond is strong ! Coffee thr is ok just the portion of milk is bit much and it takes over the taste of coffee.

I like the Blueberry Cheesecake. The cheese was smooth and not too sweet. Latte was smooth and creamy. This place was crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Not a quiet environment as expected.
