Great place to stay. Room #41 has very nice views to the Ocean Front Walk and the beach. Don't forget to check the graffiti wall on the side of the building facing north.

Great value. Has everything you need from a holiday apartment and the front door literally opens onto Venice Beach!

Great location but I would really not advise staying there. Zero sound proofing and hoovers in the middle of the night. Room was not nice and smelt like mold. Bathroom looked nice though.
