Killer Boots - Caramel Porter

19 IBU's. Our caramel porter is an English-style porter with a pleasing roastiness and chocolate notes. Our base porter recipe is infused with our housemade caramel at the end of boil and again at the end of fermentation. 6.0 % ABV

Five Second Frencher - Lemon grass Wit

12 IBU's. Our Belgian-style Wit is made with Indian coriander, orange peel and lemon grass. The beer is crisp and citrusy. A very easy-drinking beer. 5.5 % ABV

Mantooth - Imperial IPA

97 IBU's. This malty double IPA is bittered with Nugget, and Zythos hops. Two dry hop editions of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Zythos add flavors and aroma of grapefruit, tangerines, lemon, and pine. A nice hop punch with this one, folks. 8.7 % ABV

37 IBU's. Pure Imagination double Oatmeal Stout aged in a Dancing Pines Rum barrel 9.5 % ABV

Between Worlds - White IPA

5.0% ABV, 32 IBU’s This white IPA is hopped with Zythos for bitterness and Saphir for flavor and aroma. This hybrid IPA, is fermented with our house Belgian yeast, with the addition of American hops for extra bitterness, German Saphir for additional sweet flavors, and light citrus notes with hints of tangerine. 5.0 % ABV

I Must Break You - White Russian Imperial Stout

64 IBU's. Collaboration with Grossen Bart Brewing of a Russian Imperial Stout, with coffee and milk sugar added. 9.0 % ABV

Thinking of Something Orange - Orange Blossom Honey Wheat

10 IBU's. Our refreshing American wheat features paradise seed, natural orange blossom honey, and orange peel for a bright, citrus flavor 5.2 % ABV

Angry Banjo - Kentucky Common

14 IBU's. Inspired by the once popular indigenous style from Kentucky, this beer is made with American malts, flaked rice, and rye. Chocolate and Caramel malts give color and flavor to this clean, refreshing Dark Cream Ale 5.8 % ABV

19 IBU's. English Style Stout with a cold toddy of local Creative Grounds Espresso added at the end of fermentation for a clean coffee flavor and a little extra caffeine. 5.7 % ABV
