    There are always cheaper prices. For the fruit sessions I would wait for the late hours, then it comes cheaper. ( as a side effect the good ones are sold )

    Head there during the mess that is the last market hour of Saturday (2pm-3pm) and get a great deal on fresh produce. $2 per BOX of avocados, anyone? Looks like we're having guacamole!

    The market tour was great fun. Do not eat breakfast before the tour and don’t plan on eating lunch afterwards.

    The chicken place near the bottom door of the produce hall does great $5 chicken ribs & chips boxes. Not fashionable but very tasty.

    The fresh produce is a lot lower in quality in the mornings. At 2pm the choice is poor. Definitely come in the morning!
