Be sure to note down the closing time of luggage storage, otherwise you'll be left frantically running around the station like that Chinese girl tonight
Rather old and run-down for a capital’s central coach station. There are convenience stores in the basement, but the huge Iki supermarket one floor above is way better.
Not sure if reconstruction is to blame, but most of the lights inside are out, nowhere to find instructions, ladies' toilets aren't the cleanest and the cleaning lady is somewhat of a bitch.
Avoid WC in the basement of the main buliding if you can. They are cleaned, but all toilets on gents side lack a toilet seat. If you need to go, have 1Lt in coins to get in.
Try to spend as little time here as possible, bad vibes in the place and terrible service throughout, if you're waiting long for your bus I suggest going across the street to the railway station.
