Walk from the Spa Gaucin Fitness Center to the beautiful shoreline of Salt Creek Beach. This 2.5 mile walk is a greatway to fill your daily cardio requirements and enjoy the southern California weather and beauty.
Water Weight
You’ll enjoy this cardio workout in our refreshing Spa Gaucin outdoor pool. The weight of the water adds resistance creating a more challenging workout. Yet, the softness of the water lessens the impact on your joints.
Scenic Bluff Trail Hike
Walk from the Spa Gaucin Fitness Center along Salt Creek Beach up to the bluffs overlooking Dana Point Harbor. Your rich rewards are the panoramic views and perhaps a glimpse of a dolphin frolicking in the ocean!

Core Conditioning
This class isolates your body’s important midsection to help tone and strengthen for the “swimsuit” months!
Total Body Conditioning
Utilize your body weight against gravity to elongate and tone each muscle group, while maintaining a fat burning heart rate.

Step away from the treats and temptations for an hour to melt your core, glutes, and thighs.
Morning Meditation and Gentle Flow Yoga
Start your morning by balancing your mind and body. The class is opened and closed with mindful breath work series. Between meditation, a light vinyassa flow class will wake up your body, moving it in all directions while preparing you for a balanced day.
Strap and Stretch / Yoga Wall
You’ll utilize our unique strap wall for deeper stretches and a more intense workout – be it in combination with your cardio class or a yoga class.
Yoga Lates
This yoga and pilates session is a fusion of the two principles creating a beautiful blend of sequence work and core work to tone and build lean, elongated muscles.
Detox Vinyassa Flow
A well-rounded class with detailed instruction targeting the simultaneous compression and stretching of internal organs, stimulate the lymphatic system, and encourage the release and elimination of toxins. Through this detoxifying asanasequence, a release of tension and toxins leaves you feeling cleansed and toned form the inside out. Props and modification are readily available, making this class ideal for the beginner or advanced yogi.
Power Yoga
You’ll enjoy this time to strengthen your body and mind. An active flow class that will burn calories and leave you feeling toned and refreshed.
Therapeutic Yoga
This class takes in mind all the stressed or injured areas of our body and focuses on creating balance and support.
Yoga Sculpt
Previously named Yogalates, this class will follow a similar sequence combining core strengthening and stability sequencing with a dynamic yoga practice.
