This place has been my home for a month now. The rates are good for extended stays. The location is great if you want to work in Kitchener downtown.

Vic RitcheyJuly 13, 2013Do not rent a basic room. Its worse then staying at Motel 6. Small room, small window to interior court, dark, small small bathroom with no space. Skip this place and find another hotel.
