- Jude CollinsAugust 16, 2013Not impressed at all. Room is dated, rough, and smells of stale old cigarette smoke. For the price, there are nicer, newer, and better maintained hotels in this area. Live and learn.
- Derek WeberDecember 21, 2015Seriously needs some room updates! Only good thing is it's in walking distance of Epcot.
- Monique OkumakpeyiAugust 13, 2013Confused about the "dolphin" statues? They're not mammalian dolphins. They're stylized versions of nautical dolphins.
- Just found out that you an get a 50 min facial or massage on Saturday or Sunday for $99 if you come before noon.
- Adam MoreOctober 14, 2017Stayed here for 2 days as an SPG Gold member. Payed a premium for an Epcot view with balcony and was given a room on the lowest floor, a very far walk, and very weak AC. I suggest you stay elsewhere.
- Already had to switch rooms twice! (First smelled like mildew and the previous people's food was still inside of the trash can, and the second's closet door was busted and fridge was broken)
- Chris RobertsAugust 25, 2010Go past the main entrance and past the self parking entrance and park in the "cast member" parking for free, noone monitors it
- Jennifer Jeffery-PoughAugust 23, 2014Getting my certification with CLIA (cruiseline International Association) to help my clients with planning a memorable cruise.
- Paul VanHornNovember 17, 2012The hotel complex has awful internet service for large conferences. When the masses began arriving the speed went from tolorable to waiting 20 minutes or more for an outbound email to upload.
- FredMay 17, 2015Billing si a total mess! Each room has a different deposit from 100 dollars to 900. Why ? If each room is the same?
- Kathy RitondoAugust 23, 2010showing your AAA card at the restaurants in the hotel gets you 20% off your check.
- So this is not a Disney property. It's SPG on Disney property.
- Michelle FJanuary 23, 2013Self park is $15 and further away, valet is only $20. Why wouldn't you choose valet??
- While you're here, stop at Mandara Spa for a massage. I hear Carlito's one of the best;).
- Matt ZeiserJune 29, 2010The hotel shows its age, even in the premium rooms. And the gym was a definate after thought. Only good thing is the pool and Big Buck hunter.
- Kayla 🌟 MurphyAugust 2, 2014Old and run down rooms. Felt dirty. Mattress ripped. $16/night parking. $23/day resort fees. Stay somewhere else where paying resort fees and parking are worth it.
- Skip room service and they give you a five dollar, per day food and beverage credit voucher.
- Tony ScarcellaJune 15, 2014Terrible disappointed. Use to be 4 star, but not any more. A/C didn't work and never repaired. Changed to a room that was ant infested..
- Sandy CarterJune 5, 2010I am heading to the Innovate Conference in the Dolphin! The Dolphin is great for conferences!
- Ian KirkJanuary 30, 2010Check in later in the evening, for a single night and ask for an upgrade. 10099 is a premium room next to the fountain running down the side of the hotel.
- Bre RossettiMay 28, 2012No food served by the pool until 11 so make sure you aren't hungry for breakfast
- Kevin ThurmanNovember 19, 2011Budget at least an hour or more to check-in they only ever have two people checking people in at most
- Michelle Obama will be here next week to speak at education convention
- Stirling DembyNovember 18, 2011The balcony view is very disappointing. It costs extra for a spectacular view of a palm tree smack dab in your face. FAIL!
- Kyle MMarch 31, 2010Go here and grab a pina colada at the Cabana Beach Bar. The drinks and scenery are wonderful...
