Katsu will suprise you with his skills and he has the freshest fish in the state! Chef Special is awesome, just tell him what your price range is and turn him loose! Best Sushi I have ever had!!:-)

Chef's Choice by Katsu is the way to go. Red snapper. Sweet shrimp. Toro are definitely faves of ours. If you like spicy ask for Katsu's special spicy soy HR has behind the bar.

we ordered to go. Food sucked. Service was horrible and when we complained about service they didn't seem to care and seemed to take pride in it. We threw most of the food away and went to McDonalds.
