Great gym! Usually doesn't get too crowded, but can at times.
3 floors, all above ground. Windows make all the difference for me, especially when its crowded!
Need a trainer? Work out with Anthony. He's fun, motivational and the hour long sessions fly by! Unless he makes you do burpees.
If you have a routine that requires.you to move between machines quickly, better to arrive around 8. Tight space + many people = fit claustrophobe's nightmare

Nicole McKinneyApril 30, 2012Tiny studio rooms - some classes require reservations. Overall, it's cramped and old and not like other WSC locations.
Please re-rack your weights after using them. It's nice for everyone else :)
Arrive before 7am to find parking. After work is insanely busy.
Get there early if you need parking, or go at off-hours.
Must remember to check this place out if I ever make it to DC.
