This is a unionized hotel. Your stay will support good union jobs with employees that make a living wage, and don't get replaced by minimum wage workers every year as is common with Hyatt hotels.

Had a lovely four night stay. I have gold elite status and was upgraded to a suite and didn't have to ask. Friendly and helpful staff. If you have elite status Internet is free and worked great.

Be wary if you get a room on the second floor. It may feel like a basement with a small window well overlooking a roof.
