A popular German classic. w/ a pronounced floral bouquet & a perfect marriage of sweetness w/ a slight dry finish, this startling wine is made for seafood & strong cheeses.
Sauvignon Blanc
Crisp & flavorful, this popular grape varietal has distinctive & immediately recognizable aroma & flavor characteristics. The famous grassy, herbaceous bouquet & flinty aftertaste are here, w/ the generous acidity that is typical of the grape. Steely, grassy, & defiantly dry, nothing can complement a meal better than sauvignon blanc, a unique wine which offers a definitive counterpoint to the ubiquitous chardonnay.
